Our Story

Nestled in the rolling hills of the Noosa Hinterland, Sableview Farm is a small family farm dedicated to producing premium, grass-fed, chemical-free beef through regenerative farming practices.

Tim grew up locally on a cattle property not far from Sableview and is a third-generation regenerative farmer. Together with Nikki’s passion for health and nutrition, their shared values naturally evolved into creating a farm dedicated to producing nourishing food while caring for the land.

What began as a personal lifestyle shift has grown into something we're passionate about sharing with others. We believe healthy living doesn't have to be complicated. By slowing down, eating seasonally, and living more in tune with nature, we've discovered a way of life that feels nourishing, purposeful, and deeply connected to the land.

For us, farming is about so much more than producing food. It's about building healthy soils, thriving pastures, healthy animals, and, in turn, nourishing our local community.

We work with nature rather than against it, using regenerative practices such as rotational grazing to improve soil health, encourage biodiversity, and create resilient landscapes for future generations.

The wellbeing of our cattle is at the heart of everything we do. They spend their lives grazing diverse pastures and are handled calmly and respectfully, as this translates to beef that reflects the quality of its
environment.

Thank you for being part of our journey. We hope every box brings you a deeper connection to the people, the land, and the farming practices behind it.

Why Chemical Free?

For us, chemical-free farming isn’t about trends — it’s about transparency and integrity.

Although we've always farmed without the use of chemicals, we've chosen to take our commitment one step further by certifying our pastures as organic. In the near future, all of our beef will be Certified Organic, giving our customers the confidence that our farming practices meet Australia's highest organic standards. This certification reflects our commitment to nurturing healthy soils, supporting biodiversity, and raising cattle on clean, natural pastures - producing beef that's as good for the land as it is for the people who enjoy it.

The way food is grown matters, and we want people to feel connected to and confident in what they’re eating. This is how we live ourselves, and it’s something we feel incredibly passionate about sharing with others.
