We take great care in ensuring your beef arrives frozen, safely packed and ready to enjoy.

Shipping

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within our nominated delivery regions on the Sunshine Coast.

If you’re unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.

Dispatch

Orders are packed fresh from our freezer and dispatched on selected shipping days to minimise time in transit.

During periods of high demand, dispatch times may vary slightly.

Packaging

Our beef is carefully packed in insulated packaging with ice packs to maintain safe temperatures during transport.

We recommend being available to receive your order whenever possible.

Authority to Leave

If you provide authority for your parcel to be left unattended, responsibility for the order transfers to you once delivery has been completed.

Please refrigerate or freeze your order as soon as possible after delivery.

Returns

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of frozen food products.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order:

· arrives damaged,

· is incorrect,

· is incomplete, or

· does not arrive in a safe condition,

please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please include:

· your order number,

· photographs of the products and packaging, and

· a brief description of the issue.

 

Where appropriate, we may offer:

· a replacement product,

· store credit, or

· a full or partial refund.

 

Change of Mind

As our products are perishable food items, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
