Welcome to Sableview Farm. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. General

Sableview Farm provides premium pasture-raised beef direct from our farm to your family. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.

2. Product Availability

As a working farm, all products are subject to availability.

Our beef is processed in small batches, and stock levels may vary throughout the year. If a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to arrange either:

· a suitable replacement,

· a store credit, or

· a full refund for the unavailable item.

 

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if payment cannot be processed, products become unavailable, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

5. Product Information

Our beef is a natural product. Individual cuts may vary slightly in weight, size, marbling and appearance.

Every effort is made to accurately describe our products and provide current images; however, actual products may differ slightly.

6. Food Safety

All products are supplied frozen and should be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon delivery.

Once your order has been delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for correct storage transfers to the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, logos, branding, graphics and written material, remains the property of Sableview Farm and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, Sableview Farm is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
